For example, people book guaranteed staterooms on Disney Cruise Line and find out sometime before the cruise what cabin they were assigned. There usually is a reasonable time cutoff policy.

What if 20 families need an accessible cabana on the same day? It isn't a guarantee. Some people are saying that there must be open cabanas for disabled people to use, but does that mean they have to keep them open at all times in case someone comes in the afternoon and wants one?
